  • How do I request a booking?
    1. Go to our Inventory or Shop pages 2. Choose your rental (Book Now) 3. Schedule Online 4. Review your booking (If more then one rental is needed please use add to cart) 5. Don’t forget to add delivery 5. Input Information & Checkout
  • Does my rental come with an attendant?
    No, our rentals does not come with attendants. We do offer attendant services at a fee. If an attendant is needed please add to your cart or let us know. We’ll be sure to accommodate the best way available.
  • How do I use my coupon?
    After booking your rental go to the next page. At the bottom of the Add Your Info form is a Coupon Code entry space.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes! A deposit is required for every rental. At least 25% (50% for events within 2 week) of the total rental is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Payments are non-refundable but can be used for future events.
  • How far in advance should I request my booking for the equipment I need for my event?
    We do suggest that you request your booking at least a month in advance. Just to be sure we have the equipment available for your date. But we do service last mintue bookings please give us a call at 215-394-0097 to see if we have availability.
  • Do your rentals come with a generator or alternative power source?
    No. Our rentals do not come with a generator or alternative power source. If a generator is need please inform us ahead of your event. Our generator rental cost $75 - $100 (A generator is needed if your event is being held in a park or any outdoor setting)
  • What happens if we damage a piece of rental equipment while it is in my possession?
    The Lesse is responsible for all damages done to our rentals. The Lesse is responsible for all guests, users of rentals, and invitees during rental. A cleaning fee of $50 will be added if prohibited items are found in bounce house units. A minimum charge of $15 for lost, stolen, or damaged concession items, syrup bottles, staps, tarps, & etc. If damages are beyond our repair the Lesse will be responsible for repair or up to the replacement of the rental being used.
